What is Staxx?
Staxx helps competitive esports players access their tournament winnings instantly. Instead of waiting 3-6 months for tournament organizers to pay out, you can receive 80-85% of your prize money in 48-72 hours. When the TO eventually pays you, you repay the advance and choose what to tip us—from £0 to whatever feels fair.
How much does it cost?
Standard delivery (48-72 hours): Free. After the TO pays you and you repay our advance, you choose what to tip—from £0 to the suggested maximum (most players tip 7-10%).
Express delivery (same day):
- Under £1,000: £4.99
- £1,000-£5,000: £9.99
- £5,000-£20,000: £14.99
- Over £20,000: £19.99
No interest. No credit checks. No hidden fees.
What if the tournament organizer doesn't pay me?
You're still responsible for repaying the advance. However, we understand TO delays happen. If your TO doesn't pay:
- We'll work with you on a flexible payment plan
- We'll help you chase the TO for payment
- We only advance for established tournaments to minimize this risk
We share the TO risk by keeping our costs low—you choose your tip. If we took all the risk, we'd have to charge 15-20% mandatory fees instead.
